DIRECTOR
Elisia has over 25 years of diverse Human Resource and business experience in South Africa and Western Australia. Elisia holds an MBA, a Master’s Degree in Industrial Sociology, and an Honors Degree in Human Resource Management from North West University in South Africa. She is also certified in EDISC and MBTI Profiling and is a certified Business and Executive Coach.
Her career began with Bert’s Bricks, a group of companies in industrial services, encompassing brick manufacturing, tire retreading, and tire services.
In 2007, she relocated to Australia, where she initially worked for a Civil Contractor in Karratha before moving to Perth to join a top tier builder. As the Human Resources Manager for Doric Constructions, she effectively managed the entire workforce, implementing structured business practices while adapting swiftly to a dynamic environment.
Previously, she served as the inaugural Human Resources Manager for Carr Civil Contracting (now known as WGMO Construction), where she played a pivotal role in more than doubling the workforce within 12 months by establishing a comprehensive HR department from the ground up.
For the past 11 years, she has specialised in HR and Industrial Relations consulting, offering services such as workforce planning, values-based recruitment, succession planning, employee relations, award interpretation, policy development and implementation, performance management systems, HR and payroll audits, and change management and restructures. Currently, she is engaged in several consulting projects, including serving as the Interim Human Resources Manager at Wirraka Maya Health Services Corporation and drafting and negotiating a new Enterprise Agreement for a mining company.
Her leadership coaching and facilitation style is collaborative and commercially focused, aimed at maximising the potential of an organisation’s most valuable asset: its people. With extensive senior-level corporate experience, she leverages her coaching expertise to understand and guide individual behavior effectively.
HR ADVISOR
Hawa is an accomplished HR professional with over 8 years of experience in diverse industries, including Early Childhood Education, Retail, Consulting, and the NDIS. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a double major in HRM (Human Resource Management) and Management (Honours) and an MBA with a focus on Leadership and Innovation. This combination of academic qualifications and practical experience equips her to navigate the complexities of the HR landscape effectively.
With a strong commitment to talent management, compliance, and employee development, Hawa is dedicated to driving organisational success by fostering a people-centric culture. Her passion for training and mentoring empowers staff to reach their full potential, creating engaging work environments where teams are motivated to contribute their best efforts. By promoting a culture of continuous learning and skill development, she plays a pivotal role in aligning individual growth with organisational goals.
